USQ Works Corporate Health Toowoomba
The USQ Works offer a number of packages and plans designed to suit your business specifically.
All memberships include:
- Membership Card
- An initial consultation with one of our gym instructors, which includes a health check and gym program and a training diary is provided.
- Follow up consultations are offered every 8-12 weeks.
- Full use of our cardio theatre, weights room and group exercise classes
(click to view our Group Exercise timetables) - Complimentary breakfast Monday to Friday from 5.30am – 9.30am.
- Complimentary Shampoo, conditioner and lockers.
- Complimentary Personal Training Session
We would also offer a Health Assessment for each employee.
We can cater this to your needs but we would usually offer a blood pressure test, blood glucose test, girth measurements, the beep test and other fitness measurements.
We could run this either at our centre or at your place of business.
