The USQ Works offers comprehensive fitness & strength development to ensure complete success.
When your goal is to improve your health, fitness and strength it is important to have a plan for acheiving these goals.
At the USQ Works our instructors take a structured approach to developing your program. All members have two appointments with the instructors.
The 'Initial Consultation' is to determine your level of experience, discuss your goals, take some baseline meaurements, and develop your plan for your program.
During the 'Program Demonstration' the instructor will guide you through your exercises, showing you the correct technique for each exercise, the best program to use on the fitness equipment, and how to complete a record in your exercise diary.
Your program will incorporate strength exercises to improve your muscle condition, bone density, and boost your metabolism. Cardio machines (bikes, treadmills & crosstrainers) will be utilised to improve your fitness levels and burn off the body fat.
As your experience with the exercise machines grows, your program will be reviewed and exercises will be changed to add variety and provide you with the necessary challenges to acheive your desired goals. These program reviews are complimentary and an important part of you plan to reach you desired result.
