USQ Works Membership

Providing you personal support in training

USQ Works membership includes 4 Steps to get you started:

1. Assessment & Program Design
During this 30 minute appointment we will discuss your health and fitness goals, take a few measurements to gauge your future progress, and design your program.

2. Program Demonstration
This session is devoted to supervising you as you go through your individual program. Your instructor will assist you with information on exercise technique, motivation, and how to program the cardio equipment. They will explain how to use your training diary, and the importance of recording your workouts.

3. Program Follow Up
Six weeks after you start our instructors will work with you on your program to ensure correct technique, talk to you about maximising your results short term & long term through our other services & facilities and provide you with the latest information specific to your goals.

4. Progress Review
Eight to twelve weeks after you start, book another time to see one of the instructors and they will review your progress, re-evaluate your goals and make a few changes to your program to help keep you heading towards your goals.

Body & Soul Personal Training

The USQ Works has qualified Personal Trainers to work with you to achieve your personal exercise goals. Whether that is sports specific training, weight loss or general fitness they can help. The USQ Works is proud to provide the famous Les Mills Group Exercise classes, providing a fun, social and interactive form of training that can help keep you motivated and enjoy your training. Full Details

The range of Les Mills classes include:

BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
BodyCombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
