Group Exercise

The USQ Works offers a variety of group classes to cater to the wide ranging needs of its guests.

Our five Les Mills Group Exercise programs are for those wanting to change their body shape, increase fitness, burn calories, increase energy, and improve flexibility. The class exercises and music change every three months to help keep you motivated and provide you with a new challenge. Our weekly schedule of classes also includes Pilates, Boxing Classes and Social Jogging groups.

Special Programs

We also have classes designed for some special interest groups. If you are over 50 and would like to improve your health, bone strength, balance, and meet some great people, Works Vital is for you.

Recovering from heart condition, have diabetes, or MS? We have classes that are for you.
