What is your greatest fitness accomplishment to date?
Being selected in the Darling Downs AFL squad. As well as toning up.
Who or what has helped you to achieve this?
Deb and her crazy workouts.
What motivates you to keep going with your exercise program?
To improve my fitness and relieve stress/boredom.
What do you enjoy most about your exercise program?
I enjoy the challenge of the different range of exercises in my workouts. As well as seeing the improvements gained.

Doing 2 classes in a row.
Who or what has helped you to achieve this?
Having great instructors!
What motivates you to keep going with your exercise program?
It’s just a part of life now.
What do you enjoy most about your exercise program?
It fits into our daily routine and keeps us fit and healthy.

What is your greatest fitness accomplishment to date?
Being able to overcome a full knee reconstruction and losing 14.5 Kg and getting back into a lot better shape.
Who or what has helped you to achieve this?
Being a shift worker, it's not easy to keep up a regular exercise routine, But working closely with Darren Ingram has shown me how I can get back into shape around such odd hours.
What motivates you to keep going with your exercise program?
Seeing how much weight I've lost and being able to fit into my old clothes.
What do you enjoy most about your exercise program?
Every session is different so it never becomes boring. Challenging myself to work harder and harder keeps me coming back for more.

What is your greatest fitness accomplishment to date?
Eugene: Either games I have played for QLD or winning Toowoomba rugby league player of the year.
Matt: An increase of strength and size.
Who or what has helped you to achieve this?
Eugene: My training partner Matthew Schulze and the staff at USQ Works; Darren Ingram & Matthew Wainwright. Matt: The drive to be stronger and fitter. USQ Works staff Darren Ingram & Matthew Wainwright.
What motivates you to keep going with your exercise program?
Eugene: To keep improving and bettering myself so I can compete at a level that I'm happy with.
Matt: To improve myself for my chosen sports & to keep healthy.
What do you enjoy most about your exercise program
Eugene: Flexible hours at the USQ Works with friendly and helpful staff.
Matt: The variety.
